Guns stolen from home

OTONABEE–SOUTH MONAGHAN TOWNSHIP–Four firearms were stolen from a Cedar Bank Rd. home, Peterborough County OPP said.

Police said the guns were stored in a locked gun vault.

The home was entered sometime between Aug. 24 and Sunday, police said.

Taken is a Remington 22-calibre semi-automatic rifle, a Parker Hale bolt action rifle, a Remington 12 gauge pump action shotgun and a CVA 50-calibre single shot rifle.
